Good questions.

Where is Aviadora coffee grown?

On our family farms in Tarrazú, Costa Rica: Finca Temática (1,600 m) and Finca La Pastora (1,900 m). Our family has grown coffee there for four generations.

Where is it roasted?

Maria roasts every order herself, in small batches, in Naples, Florida. Your coffee is roasted after you order, so it arrives fresh.

Which roast should I choose?

Light is bright and fruity, Light-Medium is balanced and a great place to start, and Medium-Dark is richer and bolder. Not sure? Pick Roaster's Recommendation and tell Maria how you brew.

Can you roast for my brewing method?

Yes. Every coffee has a notes box. Tell us if you use espresso, pour over, French press, drip or anything else and Maria tailors the roast.

How do subscriptions work?

Choose Jet A or Espresso Altitude, your coffee, roast and how often you want it (weekly, every two weeks or monthly). Subscribers save 10% on every delivery.

Whole bean or ground?

Tell us in the notes box when you order and we prepare it for your brewer.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Every bag is roasted to order, so we can't take back coffee once it has been opened. If your order arrives damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, email Maria within 7 days with a photo and she will replace it or refund you. No forms, no runaround.

Can I change, pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Email Maria before your next delivery and she will change your coffee, roast or schedule, pause it, or cancel it.

How much is shipping?

We ship anywhere in the USA, and delivery is free in Naples: Maria hands it to you herself. For other addresses, shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you live.
