Welcome to Aviadora Coffee, your online destination for specialty coffee sourced from Costa Rica through Don Eli Coffee, our family-owned coffee business established in 2015. Rooted in Tarrazú, one of Costa Rica’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions, our beans are cultivated with care, tradition, and a deep respect for the land.
Founded by a pilot with roots in Costa Rica, Aviadora Coffee is inspired by early mornings, long flights, and the ritual of a perfectly brewed cup before takeoff. Coffee, like aviation, demands precision, consistency, and respect for craft, and that philosophy guides everything we do.
We offer a curated selection of single-origin and blended coffees, freshly roasted by Maria Montero, owner of Aviadora Coffee and daughter of coffee producer Carlos Montero. Each roast is thoughtfully developed to highlight origin, balance, and clarity; never rushed, never overcomplicated.
Aviadora means “female aviator” in Spanish. It represents movement, discipline, and a global perspective, values that shape both our flying and our coffee. From our family farm in Costa Rica to the cup you enjoy each day, every detail matters.
